#029: Erica Cadavid - The Mommy Healer - EMDR Therapist & Perinatal Mental Health 

While Erica did not personally deal with infertility, she did have a very traumatic birth.

Through that she saw the lack of mental health support from medical professionals for pregnancy, labor and postpartum care, which lead her to finding her niche as a therapist.

She's a RCSWI in Florida as well as a certified birth doula. She's also an EMDR therapist (eye movement desensitization processing), where she works with those struggling with infertility as each month is a traumatic trigger.

As a certified birth doula, she loves working with women that specifically need emotional support and want to learn new coping skills.
